AVOID BEING VICTIMIZED AFTER AN ACCIDENT

It was reported yesterday that an 89 year old accident victim was waiting on police and emergency services to arrive when a passerby offered to wait with her. The passerby, however, took the opportunity to steal from the accident victim and rifled through her purse for her credit cards, identification card, and social security card. Before police arrived, the posing good Samaritan fled the scene and began making purchases with accident victim’s card.
