Florida drivers are now prohibited from driving 10 miles under the speed limit on a multi-lane highway. That means slow drivers on I4 will now be in violation of the law. Drivers on a multi-lane highway who are not traveling with the flow of traffic and 10 miles under the speed limit can expect a ticket of $60.
