Having worked closely with several appellate judges as judges staff attorney, I look at each case I have from a judge’s perspective. I am always aware of what they are looking for from each side of a suit and how they will evaluate each case. This can be an advantage in court where every detail matters!


About Jennifer Karr

Attorney Jennifer Karr came to Legally Pink Law with an extensive background in both Florida and Maryland courts. Prior to joining Legally Pink Law, Jennifer served as a prosecutor in Brevard County, Florida where she successfully prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases. Jennifer’s work as a prosecutor provided her with excellent trial skills, comfort in the courtroom, and experience gathering evidence to present a case to a jury. In addition to serving as a prosecutor, Jennifer has spent five years working alongside judges in Florida and Maryland in both the trial and appellate courts as a staff attorney, assisting judges in researching the law, reaching conclusions supported by the law, and drafting memoranda or opinions.

Jennifer has experience inside the courtroom and behind the scenes, allowing her to provide a well-rounded and unique approach to personal injury cases that most attorneys cannot. Jennifer’s extensive experience of working with judges directly means she can evaluate a case from a judge’s point of view. She is able to anticipate the perspective and expectations of a presiding judge when hearing the issues presented in the courtroom. Jennifer can also predict arguments from the other side and get ahead of them to best protect her clients and their interests. Having extensive experience reviewing cases with judges, she always evaluates both sides of each case through the lens of a judge. Due to her impressive knowledge of case law and statutes, Jennifer identifies issues quickly and meticulously gathers material facts to support her argument, presenting those issues and facts effectively on her client’s behalf.
