AVOID BEING VICTIMIZED AFTER AN ACCIDENT

Posted By Legally Pink Law, PLLC || 15-Jul-2014

At Legally Pink Law, PLLC, we’re your Orlando car accident attorneys to protect your interests after a collision. And while you may feel vulnerable after a crash, The Orlando Sentinel reports that one Orlando woman was victimized following an accident.

It was reported yesterday that an 89 year old accident victim was waiting on police and emergency services to arrive when a passerby offered to wait with her. The passerby, however, took the opportunity to steal from the accident victim and rifled through her purse for her credit cards, identification card, and social security card. Before police arrived, the posing good Samaritan fled the scene and began making purchases with accident victim’s card.

If you’ve been injured in an accident, be on guard for potential thieves wishing to benefit from your duress. Always contact your attorney to avoid being further victimized by insurance companies who try withhold adequate compensation. If you have questions about your rights following an Orlando car accident, contact the team at Legally Pink Law, PLLC today.
