REPORT DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Laptop on fire

At Legally Pink Law, PLLC, your safety is top priority. The Consumer Product Safety Commission does their best to hold firms accountable and keep consumers safe. But as a consumer, you are a large part of making this process successful and keeping other consumers safe.

If you experience a defective or malfunctioning product, it is important for you to bring awareness to the issue. The CPSC offers a toll-free consumer hotline at (800) 638-2772 for you to call to in order to obtain safety information or provide information about an unsafe product or you can file a report online. There are also different media outlets to reach out to, available through the CPSC website.

A substantial amount of safety standards exist today because consumers bring defective products to the attention of the company. If you have any questions pertaining to a potentially hazardous product, contact the CPSC and your Orlando product liability attorney today.
